Re : I am sure that I could find quotes from most on this board, including myself, claiming that Qualcomm had Ericsson over a barrel. Sometimes when one knows that they have the "upper hand," and is obsessed with winning (and proving that the opponent was wrong), what ends up happening is : even though you (technically) "win" -- in reality you have lost. I respect Gregg's opinion that Dr. Jacobs and associates are clever dudes. If they thought this made sense, I bet it did. Jon.
