I haven't worked with Best Power, but I can testify to the fact that Tripp Lite is vastly inferior to APC. For one client I replaced two TL units that simply failed and could not be repaired and another client had a TL unit that shorted-out, sending a surge to two networked PCs - luckily the server was unharmed. All units were out of warranty, and the reseller refused to stand by the product. In my opinion, TL only sells due to lower prices. I have found that the end user who buys power protection on price will pay a much higher price in the end.
