DCGR. 6 million shares outstanding Approx. 1 million in the public float. I see DCGR going over 1.00 in the next week. From what i have been told a major deal will be announced Monday. DCGR is to get 2 million dollars in private financing. Also dcgr will be a fully reporting company in April. They are expected to report .35 cents a share in profit.
