If you wish try this e-mail adderss???,,, NPEC@IMAG.NET I, send them e-mail they don't answer. ANYONE KNOW IF ALL 7 MILLION NEW SHARES ARE GOING TO COME INTO THE FLOAT???? Is that why were down??
