it's all there for you to read if only you'll read with some objectivity - however, I don't think you can do that, Charles.
The deal to buy the HTEH stock for $160K was supposed to close on a certain date. Did it close? If it had you'd have read an announcement that in fact it had closed. So why is there no announcement?
Reading between the lines it's probably because Stockett couldn't raise the $160K (or $150 if you want to be precise).
And if he couldn't get the 6.7 million shares out of escrow HE HAS NOTHING TO TRADE FOR THE 8 MILLION SHARES OF SNCG! So the lack of the HTEH shares means he is not closing on that deal either.
Now, the really big question is why can't he raise the money? Or if he has raised the money, why isn't that HTEH deal closing? What are the problems causing the delay beyond the deadline?
And why would someone pay $150K for a shell company? HTEH is nothing without the machine tool adapter, nothing but a publicly traded stock. Maybe $150K is cheaper than doing a registration after setting up a brandnew company. Of course HTEH's sellers are smart because they're taking cash (if they can get it) for 85% of the outstanding stock, reserving the other 15% for eventual sale on the likely theory that Stockett can inflate the price significantly. They still get to keep the machine tool adapter, buying it back for $10K, about what it's worth.
Since **you** seem to have lots of inside information, Charles, why don't you enlighten this thread as to why Stockett is late in closing the deals???? Speak up, boy - there's a row of dominoes standing in a line all waiting for the HTEH shares to get into Stockett's hands so he can then use them in the manner he has already announced and for whatever other purposes he may have in mind.
Too bad his announcements make these things sound like done deals; they ain't exactly done until each proviso of the contract has been met. And that's why attention must be paid to all the terms of these contracts, not just the headlines and the wonderful things you may expect from their fruition. so give your pal Larry a call and ask him why the deals haven't closed - he has the answers but whether you'll get straight answers is perhaps another story.
No wonder people sit on the edge of their chairs with anxiety.
