Robert, it seems silly that SPE got delisted over $1750.

In looking at this further there was more to it than that. SPE would have had to have had their books audited in the near future and like last year did not have the cash to do so.

It is also silly for a company with 20 million in assets to be trading for a few pennies. Liquidity 101

My first reaction to all this was to blame the management. I still feel upset about it but have come to wishing them well in finding the "possible financing" or a purchaser for SPE.

Stuck here now but even if SPE was trading I most likely would continue to hold.
