I'm with you there under the wet blanket. In fact, I think the 20% increase was just a mistake. Someone mistook the symbol and thought they were buying another stock. Probably a good time to short because when the buyer finds out there will be a big sell-off. If there was going to be some good news surely the SEC filings would have mentioned it.
