I was just wondering if anyone considered the possibility that ERICY gave the Q stock for the Infrastructure bus. That might explain the charge comment about the deal. It would be another way of ERICY making sure that Q continues to support the infrastructure division. Of course there is the question of all the stock options that will have to be converted for the employees that are now moving to E. Just some thoughts
