The quarter is great as expected. Earnings AFTER the cost of the offering are still 50% ahead of last year. Depending on how the company is electing to handle the tax effect of the offering cost, net earnings without the offering cost would have been $0.12 to $0.14, which is 100% to 133% above the prior Q4. All for a PE in the low 20's!
