<--OT-->Tim:Nikon and I have been to Mahabalipuram,there is this nice 5 star hotel by the beach (forgot the name) but anyway I got this huge blow up of the light house from there it looks like the 'Shiva lingam', man I am telling ya.<vbg> I got the pictures of all that stone carvings of what appears to be some sort of temple or something as well (said to be constructed during the Pallava Dynasty). Then I took the photo of this huge rock (must weigh at least 20 or 30 tons)almost a perfect sphere sitting on a rocky slope without anything visible supporting it,I don't know what the heck it is but it is quite an amazing sight, how this spherical thing is able to sit on a 45 degree angle without falling off is anybody's guess. Anyway now they have some amusement and water parks on the way in case you want to cool off on the way,as you may know it is quite balmy and hot during summer,bring your shorts.
