Gfr.fan & Thread: Well....this says it all...the USRX fiasco is the wooden stake driven into Benahamou's heart. Anyone who has bought a business certainly does an "inventory count"....just basic business practice at the "lowest level"! Question is: Where was the CFO when this was occuring...somewhere else like Clinton when he was speaking to Arafat ? Maybe benahamou was at the same location ! The WSJ article certainly does not have much confidence in mr. benahamou and his "vision" nor his "strategy". As I related in an earlier post...if a lower or middle level mgr made a decision that would decrease the capitalization of 3com to the tune of $8 billion....benahamou would have "fired him on the spot"! It is time that the shareholders get with it, and demand that the Board replace benahamou and all others involved in the acquisition of USRX but primarily benahamou! Company needs to be reorganized from a mgmt level as well as a new strategy...the wheels of this vehicle are flat and "spinning" in the mud...while the driver (benahamou) keeps repeating...."we'll get there"..."IHAVE A DREAM"! And WS says...."keep on dreaming"...we are wide awake! HK
