I quit trying to make sense of OTC/BB trading. I just know when the trading is fishy. Right now it has stabilized and showing strength, which tells me the dilution from the co. has stopped.They could have an FPD by June, then again they may not. At least they are reporting..even if they are late..which was probably on purpose to cover the share count
