I see the Letter of Intent had to be extended for another 60 days. Will the 1 for 8 reverse split be done after the issuance of 20,750,000 shares for the acquisition but prior to the 5.5 million share PP or after the PP? Whats the background of the new management that will be taking over? What will become of the mining concessions in Burkino Fasa? Thanks for your help.
