re Yahoo-Amazon Amazing, isnt it? Last night I went to an investment seminar. It wasnt worth the $25. Also after work I'm tired and sleepy so something has to be really interesting for me to tune it. And it wasnt really interesting. Anyway the analyst showed all these charts (copied from the Valueline book), shows earnings, records, etc etc etc of AOL, DELL, MSFT, CSCO and Amazon. He concludes that he would *not buy* Dell or msft or cisco because they are overvalued. But he would buy aol and/or amazon although he isnt sure what their value should be! Go figure. In the elevator one of the other participants said "I bought overvalued Microsoft just a few weeks ago and its up 15 so far". I said "I'm so tired of hearing how overvalued DELL and MSFT are: I bought DELL overvalued and its more than doubled in a year and I bought MsFT overvalued and its more than doubled in a year. And I was never afraid the business might fail as I might be with amazon." Oh well. Freeus
