George, believe me, I wish you well, but to compare Best Buy with companies whose intrinsic value long-term is tied to its investment in R&D is simply erroneous. There only opportunity for growth is to 1)expand in more densely populated markets (higher rents) or 2) find new delivery channels for their products (i.e. direct marketing). Unfortunately, for Best Buy, they have been late to the punch and stumbling about on both counts. Their marketing area is weak, staffed with recycled Madison Avenue types. What they need to turn this around is to clean house from the top-down. They may accept this fact when its too late.
