Just spoke to my guy in Minneapolis for an explanation of the last 2 days of activity. His explanation...the firm that handled the private placement has demand registered the million shares that were placed (thus removing the 2 year restriction) and created an additional million shares of float in the market. Also, he believes they are crossing them on their books creating a $3+ profit for the people on the private placement and a new floor for the stock above $6. He said these guys are pretty high powered brokers that are producers. He also referred to them as "Godless Whores" but I think it was a compliment of sorts since they are improving the market and creating profitable situations for all of us. Things are starting to look great for people like me who bought during the original IPO at $5.50.

Hope this helps lend a perspective.
