I am very baffled. How can a company in receivership still be trading on the stock market?? Neither BYg or TYg can possibly meet the minimum requirements to stay listed. Just doesn't make sense.

In the matter you were pursuing, has it gone any further> (E Mail)
Have you heard what is going on regarding the dinks in TYG who was taking ORI to court to over throw last years AGM??

Have you heard about the market changes going to take place in Canada?
How are they going to change the image of speculative stocks when
"Alpha Hotels" that run the exchanges do nothing to correct wrongs.
How many more letters have to be written to the TSE ASE, security
commissions etc to have something done about the scum like BYG and TYG? It is the operations of the stock exchanges that give the stocks a bad name. If they did there job there would be very few problem stocks trading.
