I think the media is way off base in determining the reason for MSFT share price increases. It is not the settlement talks. It doesn't hurt but the real reason is that we are headed into a stock split and a major product launch. I read way too many stories that price move was due to the settlement talks. What nonsense!!!! When will these people get it right?
