yes -- PDX was luck -- I owned it once before. OAC will never recover like PDX did. But I do think that they will pay that dividend.

Investor relations wont tell you the answer --look at the 10-K. they say that they may pay it but they don't want to commit -- if they have another Sept 1998, they could lose again and not have the cash.

I actually feel very comfortable with OAC at a price under $4.
