Clinton to Participate in New Clinical Drug Trial President Clinton, jealous of Bob Dole's participation in the clinical trials of Viagra, is planning to be a participant in the upcoming studies on Medical Marijuana. White House Press Secretary Joe Lockhart told BNN, "The stress of his job, the depression caused by the impeachment, and the growing anxiety over possibly going to prison after his term in office have lead the President to believe that he could benefit from Medical Marijuana." According to one White House insider, "The President pushed hard to be a part of this ground breaking study. The President feels that it is his duty to 'inhale', since his participation could ultimately help average Americans. " "Our only concern," said another White House staffer, "is that the President could get the munchies and begin gaining weight again."
