Emory, I assume this means that Fletcher is now selling his 1.5 M shares. There are a few big blocks showing up in the intraday charts. At mid-day today I saw a 25 k block that traded. I couldn't tell whether it hit the bid or ask, but not long after that trade the stock went below $2 for the first time in its history.

I would guess it will take him several weeks to get rid of all his shares.
