Actually they are less risky if you are willing to exercise them. They will participate point for point in any up move and if the stock goes down in the next month they will not drop point for point and max. loss is 1-3/8. On April 16 I will decide if I still like the stock and if so I will exercise and own the stock for a cost of 6-3/8 (5+ 1-3/8).

Options with such a low premium allow greater flexibility... can unwind, exercise, or turn into possible free spread position.

The whole sector was strong today so I am not too excited about todays rise, but a hit is a hit.
