The following is a rudimentary take on the share price if Pan Asia files with the VSE, is accepted for filing by the VSE, and the deal is officially closed. The mine (701) has a current value of 120 million US$. Pan Asia's share in the J.V. is 50%. Therefore if you take 60 million us and add in the exchange calculated at todays rate you get 90 million CDN. Divide 90 million by the shares outstanding (35 million) and you get a NPV of $2.57 per share. This is without multiples of earnings. This is purely my take. Anyone care to clarify this?
