hi laura, have you ever been to netscape frequently asked questions (faqs) or netscape user groups (nuggies)? ufaq.org help.netscape.com both sites provide loads of knowledge. when you go to the user group site, click through the links to the browser you are using, until you get to where you can read existing questions and answers from other users, or post a message of your own. i strongly recommend these sites to you, laura. in case no one here on computer learning has an answer for you, i bet you get what you need there. :) mark
