I wish it wasn't a Russian Bank. What's strange about this is I have a very reliable source that said he finally got word that there is a letter of credit by an American bank. Perhaps banks in both countries are involved. Hopefully that is the case simply because the Russians can't be trusted financially (economic comment, not political). However, as I said before, there are good reasons why this particular project has more chance of payment than others. Very pleased to see the news release today, as I had heard the shipment was delayed for 10 days at the customer's request. This is a nice timely release from that standpoint. Keep it up, HGRM. Ready to see some money. Ted
