I work pretty closely with several communications analysts and have NEVER known one to downgrade or upgrade a Company for a brief period. An up/downgrade is a major decision, normally based upon new information, and is not effected for "a day or any other finite period". Generally a recommendation stands until something changes ... at the Company, by its competitors or in the market sector.
