Brian,

Just got off the phone with Eric Miller....

1. The $18.50 is a firm price. (he said it was "approximately 18.50)

2. For most products, Syncronys receives $22 each. (winkrypt, etc)

3. He used CompUsa as an example regarding Winkrypt, they (compusa)
pay approx $22.50 for the product, but have been selling it as low as $20 as a "loss leader".

4. We can expect 3-4 new products this year including:

a. Eyecatcher which will be packaged 4 different ways.

The Standalone software will be around $50 for eyecatcher.

- The product with a b&w camera will be approx $100.
- The product with a color camer will be aprox $200.
- The product with a video card will go for approx $100-150.

We can expect this by early-mid March.

5. Softram for 95 will be out the end of February, or early March.
(most likely early March) This program in his words is not going to create any excitement, but help restore credibility to Syncronys.

6. The new number for Eric will be 303-220-0121. (the 303-488-0121 number will be disconnected next week)

I really need to send my postcard in to start posting on SI!
