Thanks for the info. I like UUNET's attitude as to just let the vendors battle it out, and when an agreement is reached (standard or non-standard) they will implement 56K. Looks like it will be difficult to say the least for the manufacturers to agree on anything when so much is at stake (full deployment of multiple solutions). Very costly for "the loser".
