Captain Three separate class action suits filed in the last month! Maybe the lawyers, who from my standpoint are at the top of the food chain, need to be sent a message from all the non participating stockholders.Let the law suits run their course,if they win a judgement from CPQ so be it,if they do not then the rest of CPQ stockholders should throw together the money to file a suit against the law firms for damages.Until these lawyers get a taste of malpractice they will continue these vulture tactics! barber
