In terms of Lycos, most of the Street failed to see the value in this
deal. The deal makes a lot of sense and is strategically sound. It will be the
first opportunity to meaningfully integrate and use both the television and
Internet in terms of a direct marketing platform. From that standpoint alone it's
very interesting. Beyond that, though, I think there's opportunity for the stock.
The stock had been driven down to the mid-$80 range. It's been off more than
30% from the time the deal was announced. I think that under any scenario,
the stock will go up from $85 a share.
