Bob,

Actually quite a few institutions hold this stock.
As of 11/30/96, 61,294,000 or 76.4% of all share
are held by institutions(including banks, insurance
companies, pension funds, and others). It is just
in a tight trading range between 35 and 38 right now.
Assuming we don't have a stock market correction soon, from
a TA standpoint we should see a re-test of 40 within
10 trading days(after this friday's option expiration).
