The danger is very, very real. They would be tactical missiles and would have a range of 500 to 3000 km. The warheads are fusion devices with 100 times the destructive power of the Hiroshima bomb, "fat boy". The Russians cannot destroy all of them because they need them as a deterrent for protection not from us but from China. The Los Alamos spy scandal even now breaking is the most damaging espionage in the history of the United States. They have seen and have had access to some of the most advanced nuclear bomb technology that we have. This combined with the missile guidance technology recently handed over to China by Loral Space Systems and Hughes Aerospace has put our children and families in great danger. It has advanced the Long March Intercontinental Missile technology by a generation. They can now target accurately. -Sword
