i'm not going to defend the analyst but could you focus for a minute on the substance of his analysis. what, if anything, do you have to say about his evaluation of PSBN? he makes a several very important points, i think. among them (going from memory w/o reviewing the documents);

1. psft owns the client/server market in human resources and related apps.
2. cos. would sooner change their operating system than these systems.
3. by establishing a intranet web portal system within these large systems that allows access to all employee functions, these cs. stand to save an enormous amount of money of which PSFT only needs a small fraction to realize $1b/yr. opportunity.
4. that's not even counting the multiple opportunities that can be leveraged from that base - sales and customer mgt; supply chain, analysis.
