According to the Edgar site the last quarterly filing of a 10Q was May of '98. They filed a Form 144 to sell restricted stock in Jan of '99. What does that mean to sell restricted stock? I am still on the sidelines wondering why they have not filed a quarterly since May of '98. Please educate me on restricted stock sales. Thanks -- Lee
