Anyway, this company was rumoured to be acquiring Eatons and Eatons' shares rose in sympathy to the rumour. It was on the news for 2 days that this was expected.....Well, the company did buy another company but not Eatons......Then, 2 days later or so I believe, Eatons issued a profit warning to the market....YIKES was that nasty. this is only food for thought, not really relating to BII but I don't think we should be clouded into thinking that any rumour of a Canadian company is a done-deal. It certainly would be nice though. I am not sure who said it but I would really like to know if there was some mention of EBAY buying a small internet company on CNBC tonight....I watched a bit of CNBC but was late and did not catch Joe Kernan etc........ sg
