Against Geotel and Genesys as well. these other companies are fine outfits but not at level of aspt. I keep buying as well. The market is wrong. Look, I sold call center PBX's for 15 years (NT) and the people I sold it to did not understand what was being sold. It's an intangible. Wall street has no clue. Call control is root to controlling the call center. they have the call control.
