How often do companies listed in Berlin and Vienna find their way to a U.S. listing? Don't know. However, I don't think of Uproar.com as a European company. The site is in English and boasts over 4 million unique users. Thus the move to the NASDAQ seems logical. Headquarters in Mass and Calif. Do you know the symbol on the Berlin exchange? To check the price use this number: 908795 on this link: comdirect.de My impression is that they don't have their act together in terms of promoting the company and stock however they do know what they are doing with the Uproar.com site and a move to the Nasdaq should be just what the doctor ordered for the stock.
