The problem seems to have cleared itself - now I only get that message rarely, tho I still get it occasionally. The fact that the problem improved without my changing anything at my end leads me to think even more that it had nothing to do with my system or my ISP.

I've found that when something is not working with Realtick, the problem often clears itself by logging off and logging back on. Not wholly satisfactory when you've got a trade running against you, but what the heck.

I'm not sure complaining to Steve will help much. Last time I tried to speak to him he didn't bother returning the call.
