Ray, A previous post stated that the record date would be the date the plan of arrangement was filed with the court...so the record date is March 22.....in the mean time I sincerely hope packrat and average joe were short, because now they have a short position in Diamondex they can't cover until it starts trading....we already know that kimberlite on the Hilltop claims is diamondiferous because they got diamond in the indicator mineral train....they should be able to announce a pipe well before April 29....and when Diamondex starts trading....with the right results it could open over $5.00 per share(remember that there will be under 5 million shares)....its only March 25...they shouldn't have too many sleepless nights eh?......They should be getting additional margin calls from their brokers any time now.... regards, teevee
