mad-- well, joel is obviously an idiot<G>. at this point, i do hope they take the company private. if they do, they will never see the end of the lawsuits....and according to bill larach, they can foget about hiding behind the trusts<G>. the only reason i personally have not sued is because i hope to get out. i know damn well that once its filed, this company is toast. good luck to all, trey
