I really dont know a lot of details about JBOH or any of the online
brokers for that matter, but there are a few things that common
business sense will just tell you about this situation.
1. They are already established in a booming business that is being
studied by some pretty big money in the financial world.
2. They have a recognizable presence and over 100,000 clients where
other companies have valued at over 5,000 per account.
3. A short position in its max could only net about 6 points . Now
this is against an unlimited potential loss. I say unlimited,
because like everyone says , there is no stock float. May divine
providence help the shorts who are caught in a delayed opening
someday because of a surprise investment by a well financed
firm or investor who wants to enter the online business with the
least amount of hassle.
4. A short profit is a taxable profit, so for all that risk, there
is only a net payoff under the most ideal conditions of about
70 per cent of 6 points or $4. Seems like a ridiculous gamble
for even the most naive trader.

Good Luck whatever you do, but I believe I will stay long just
for the hell of it to see how it all turns out.
