I think I already answered most of these questions earlier, Joseph.
I bought MU call options Apr 85, and the stock itself under 50, and will hold on.
I am also bailing out of NSCP. First I sold at 147, then at 167, and the rest I will kick out on the bounce tomorrow. This whole thing got insane. I wanted NSCP for the long run, and bought it in Oct. at 69, thinking it would be nice to reach 100 by mid Jan. When it was recommended a buy at 109, I was surprised, but swore, that if it hits 160 it will be doungraded, and I'll be out of there. So, guess what? We reached 152 in four sessions (I sold some), then 172 (I sold some), and today Smith Barney downgraded SPYG, which was interpreted as a sell signal for NSCP too.
Alex Brown and Soundview brought the Internets and recommended them, while downgrading chips; Smith Barney is downgrading Internets now and maybe will recommend chips?!?!?!
This says a lot about the industry and us.....................
Anyway, there is a negative correlation between Internets and Chips. All major chips with the exception of TURNCOAT LSI Logic are either up or flat today. Food for thinking, isn't it????? |
