Daniel, the company that kept releasing press stating that they had filed with SEC, but didn't was MDCE. Fortunately, I made money on them, as I began to doubt early. TA, like fundies are not as important to me as reading trading logs, studying Edgars and guessing the manipulation, when trying to figure out the direction a penny is headed. Rande Is
