The 15/03 restructuring release reads - "The record date for the purpose of determining the holders of Winspear shares who will be entitled to receive such share is the business day preceding the date that the Plan of Arrangement is recorded with the Registrar of Companies." newswire.ca Today's news - #reply-8528381 - which looks to me more like another Stockwatch effort than a wsp release, doesn't say anything about the Registrar of Companies. So I take back my previous post, and wish to go on record as not having a clue. The answer, as usual, may lie in the sedars - sedar.com [edit] - ah Gord, ya beat me ... looks like the 'Mar 22' thing is a Stockwatch invention eh ..... cheers
