I'm out here on the Wet Coast, talked to John Irish twice i think last year and my friend talked to him a few times, once just recently, three weeks ago maybe. Most of what i know about this one beyond the publicly available stuff comes from you and Ed.
And I understand the frustration, for sure. I have a fair bit of it myself, but never did pick up enough to have it be a Big Thing. It's a speckie, the prospect of them cranking out paper then rolling it back and giving the whole shebang a paint job with a new name and new promotion is always with us. Nature of the game. .... But I just think of all the times I gave up and whacked the bid at the bottom out of frustration, then watched a rally. Am i going to take three, four cents? - noooo, i'll eat the paper first. They're motivated to move the stock, i expect that they will eventually. Now whether they can move the stock, that's a good question, i don't know the answer. But if they do, i'll jump on it.
I dunno ... last year they had the FY97 financials out in what, mid-May or so ..... I would expect some sort of effort out of them leading up to that, if they're breathing and not otherwise occupied.
