There have been many questions about management on the Yahoo board. Suggestions have been made that management doesn't have a "stake" in the company's success. The 10-K and proxy have recently been posted on FreeEdgar. The following link shows that current management, including the BOD owns over one million shares, approximately 11% of the stock. freeedgar.com (Table 8) Furthermore, options that were granted for 1998 were at strike prices above ten dollars. I imagine it is no small coincidence that insider purchases in December were at prices below ten dollars.
