Would someone explain to me how the fact that the underwriters were willing to pay $11,700,000 to attain additional shares is viewed as such a negative. I would view this as bullish as they seem to think the price will go up and they can make a profit on this stock. They were not required to excersize this option, much less 100% of it. Also, dont you think that HQ would lose the investment banking relationship with SRNA if they dumped stock and drove price down. IMO Steve Davis
