Spoke to Kim today;
- NASD "E" is real close. No further questions from the Security Exchange. Announcement before the end of March.

- Announcements to be forthcoming soon on land agreement with Interport.

- The "Judge' is supposed to make a decision by Tues next week(where did i hear this Before)

- 100k of trading today you say. could it be that some of the above has validity.
