Yeah they are very thorough on their risk assessment sections. Always have been, always will be, pretty standard stuff. I've never seen them give revenue or earnings guidance in an SEC filing like this. They do it either verbally or in slides at conferences, or maybe in a press release, and certainly at the annual meetings. The revenue number I heard earlier this year was $190 Million. They haven't missed one of their revenue projections yet by the way. Deals would be nice. So would a favorable resolution to this AFFX lawsuit, such as a cross-licensing deal. We can always hope that AFFX's management lets the chip fall off their shoulder and they come to their senses and quit enriching the attorneys while casting a pall over both companies. Rman
