Bipin if you want to attempt to confirm spot check offshore first and to check domestically you will have to be a little more devious going direct or just call some of the brokers you can find on the web by searching dram or electronic distributor. If you would like to save the trouble current 4Meg spot is 3.75-4.25 and 16Meg 1x16 is 14-15 4mx4 is 15-17 depending on brand.How much product is available?4Megs an awful lot, 16Meg sporadic but plentiful.Again this is spot and I remind all the major users {Compaq,Dell,IBM,Intel etc.} only buy spot during shortages and we are far from that scenario.
